Little less than a month ago we’ve demonstrated our latest creation, “Becoming a high-performing, neurodiverse software team - The game,” at the XP Days Benelux 2023 conference in The Netherlands.
In this tabletop game, you deal with real software team situations together with your team. You use tools and tricks based on five key principles to tackle challenges together. It’s all about a neurodiverse team figuring out how to work together, even when they have different personalities and needs.
This game isn’t just for fun. It’s a learning tool for software developers, engineering managers, product owners/managers, and agile coaches. They discover how these five principles help neurodiverse software teams (having people with autism, ADHD, high sensitivity, introversion, and more) work better together, building trust and making everyone feel included.
The game is planned to launch in 2024. Are you interested in a copy, or in a session at your company, team or group? Join the waiting list to stay in the loop!
Update (December 30, 2023): facilitation of the game is now part of our “Activation” offering.
